Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using the zoya platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by every provision set out in this document. These terms apply to all players in Bangladesh and internationally.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter "the Player", "you", or "your") and zoya (hereinafter "zoya", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://zoya.vu (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").
By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting support.
This Agreement supplements and should be read in conjunction with zoya's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference herein. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other document, this Agreement shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Important Notice for Bangladesh Players: zoya operates as an offshore online gaming platform and accepts players from Bangladesh on the basis that the player is solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful under local legislation. Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform:
Age Verification: zoya takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. If a Player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age upon request, zoya will suspend the Account and withhold all funds pending verification. Winnings accrued during any period in which the Player was under 18 years of age will be forfeited.
zoya reserves the sole right to determine whether a prospective or existing Player satisfies the eligibility criteria. Our decision in this regard is final and binding. We may decline to open an Account or suspend or close an existing Account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility criterion is not, or is no longer, met.
To access the real-money features of the Platform, you must register an Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide truthful, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. If zoya discovers that a Player holds more than one Account, zoya reserves the right to immediately close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold any funds held in duplicate Accounts pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or authentication codes with any third party. zoya will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify zoya immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
zoya is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and at any other time as determined by our risk and compliance procedures. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence); a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirmation). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds.
zoya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages within the Platform.
All Accounts are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by zoya to deposits or withdrawals processed in ৳ BDT. Any fees charged by a Player's bank or mobile financial service provider are the sole responsibility of the Player and are entirely outside zoya's control.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by zoya at any time without prior notice. Players with enhanced account verification status may be eligible for higher limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed by zoya's finance team during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are typically processed within the same business day. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three (3) business days. zoya reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, particularly for large amounts or where account activity is irregular. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a prior deposit on the same Account.
Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine participation in the gaming products offered on the Platform are strictly prohibited. zoya does not permit the use of accounts as a payment processing mechanism. Any Player found to be depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity may have their Account suspended, their funds withheld, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.
zoya may, at its sole discretion, offer Bonuses to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these General Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before the Bonus amount and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period are stated on each promotion page. Wagers placed on games that are excluded from the promotion's eligible game list will not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
zoya reserves the right to void Bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close an Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a new-player promotion more than once; placing low-risk, mathematically structured bets designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine risk; using automated betting software; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
No Player has an entitlement to receive any Bonus. zoya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a Player's Account in error will be reversed and any associated winnings will be voided.
A bet or wager is not accepted until it has been confirmed by zoya's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming the wager. zoya will not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the Player.
Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds that apply to a bet are those displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by zoya's system, not at the time the Player initiates the bet slip. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — operate under the specific cricket betting rules published in the Help section of the Platform.
zoya reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant sport rules; the bet was placed after the event had already started (late bets) due to a technical error; clearly erroneous odds were offered due to a human or technical error; or the Player had access to information not publicly available at the time the bet was placed.
All casino and live casino games are governed by the rules of the relevant game as displayed within the game interface itself, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of a malfunction of any game, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account. zoya does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of any game or game provider.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the zoya brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and databases, is the intellectual property of zoya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, published, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of zoya.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zoya, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if zoya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
zoya's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall, in no event, exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Platform Availability: zoya does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside zoya's control may result in temporary unavailability. zoya is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
zoya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at zoya.vu/privacy-policy and is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform's services.
zoya uses industry-standard TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with our licensed third-party game providers, payment processors, and compliance service providers solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil our legal obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zoya is incorporated and licensed to operate as an online gaming platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any statutory consumer protection rights you may hold as a resident of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot lawfully be waived by contract.
